There are five ways to improve your defense


Step 1. Set your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

Step 2.Put your weight in the balls of your feet and bend your knees.

Step 3. Keep your back flat, but not totally straight.

Step 4. Raise your hands and keep them loose and active.

Step 5. Keep your eyes on the ball handler’s chest or waist.
